On October 19 Flat Linda began her Paris adventure. She was all smiles as she waited for her first flight at the Raleigh Durham airport. She was a little less chipper after being boarded onto a plane in Atlanta and then being told that everyone had to get off that plane because there was a problem with it, hike over to another gate, and go through the boarding process again on another plane. At least there was another plane to get on to!
Flat Linda found the seats on the Air France flight to be roomy and comfortable for the eight hour flight over the Atlantic and could not understand why her fellow passengers were whining about the lack of leg room.
She arrived at her apartment early on Wednesday morning in Paris and enjoyed the view from the windows that open out over the Rue Vieille du Temple.
In the afternoon she visited Place Des Vosges...
and even made a few new friends!
Note: Flat Linda would like to mention that she is doing all her picture uploading and blog editing using an iPod touch and the ZoomIt adapter so she's not going to be getting very fancy with her formatting. Besides, she came to Paris to eat croissants and cheese, not peck on her iPod touch all day. She would also like to thank her personal photographer, Teddy, for all the photos.

Yay! for Linda and Carol and Teddy! Keep the news coming. Much Love, Sam
